An ultra rare, Top Quality Centrophorous squamosus (Gulper shark) tooth from the Motunau Beach, Canterbury, New Zealand. Incredible color and preservation. Perfect tooth. This tooth is Middle Miocene (Waiauan) deep water shark from the Greta Siltstone Fm.  A rare collector's Centrophorous squamosus tooth. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. New Zealand fossil shark teeth are  impossible to source. This is a great specimen from an old collection.
