Ptychodus sp.
This catalog contains very nice teeth from a rare, early Hybodotid shark - Ptychodus sp. This is a unique undescribed species presented in Welton's Texas Fossil Shark's text book which exhibits deep crown grooves which radiate out. These teeth were collected in the Eagle Ford group, Arcadia Park Formation, Collin County, Texas (Turonian - 94 million years ago). All teeth are complete and well preserved.
