Cretodus semplicatus
This catalog contains very nice teeth from a large Lamnid shark - Cretodus semplicatus. These teeth are upon the most sought after Cretaceous shark teeth. These teeth were collected from the Grayson Formation of the Tarrant Co. (Coniacian - Upper Cretaceous - 90 million years ago) and several other locations. All teeth are complete and well preserved.

A Top Quality Cretodus semiplicatus, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Grayson Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. This is a juvenile lateral tooth with perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. Perfect tooth.
