The first dinosaur fossil was found in the 19th century. Since then, they have become an enduring part of world culture, even; you can find dinosaur teeth for sale at many online stores. Here, we have a list of five freaking dinosaurs whose skeleton have not been found as of 2014.
1. Nigersaurus
This reptile lived during the middle Cretaceous period and it was discovered in the Republic of Niger. They are known as the lawn-mower dinosaurs. You probably think that, it would not be so weird; in fact, This Sauropod had the weirdest skull ever. It was 9 meters long with a short neck like a modern elephant. According to the researchers, it has 500 active and replacement teeth at any one time.
2. Masiakasaurus
It was from the Late Cretaceous of Madagascar. It lived around 70 million years ago. Its length was about 2 meters and weight around 35 kg. They had a specialized diet including fish and other prey. One of its unique features is the forward-projecting front teeth that have different shapes along the jaw. Unlike abelisaurids, the skull of Masiakasaurus is long and low.
3. Therizinosaurus
It was 7 meters long and 3 tons of weight. Although its complete skeleton is not available, researchers have discovered its bizarre features. It had a long neck and a small head. Interestingly, it was a vegetarian animal with teeth shaped like those of sauropods.
4. Gigantoraptor
It was 8 meters tall and 2 tons of weight. It was discovered in 2005 in Mongolia. Its freaky features are its odd beak, toothless lower jaw, and only two teeth on the roof of the mouth.
5. Spinosaurus
It is considered as one of the largest of all known carnivorous dinosaurs. Possibly, it is larger than Tyrannosaurus and Giganotosaurus. It had a 2 meter long giant “sail” on its back.
